A NOTE FROM THE OWNER:

Hello, my name is Darren and I am a bass head, however I do not desire to be cured. In fact I have been one for many years, let's just say Orion Red at 1/4 ohm. I presented a challenge to our R & D (aka rush skunk works) department. I told them I wanted a full blown, teeth rattling, ear splitting, powerhouse! In true "cheater" fashion we offer the SPL-COMP. This is such a bad player if you look at it wrong it may kill you! Its not cheap but neither is the display case to hold the trophies. Here is what we have:

250 amp stator, heavy duty case, best high temp/rpm bearings available, superconductor coating, external rectifier that can handle 1000 amps, your choice of dial-a-volt control, or cheater switch or "what the hell" do both.

The dial-a-volt has a control on the dash by which you can adjust your alternator voltage set point, adjust from 13 volts to 18 volts. The cheater switch is like N.O.S. for your audio system. As you are competing you hit the switch and the alternator will do a max power burst.
